Indo126 Terms and Conditions – Rights and Responsibilities of All Platform Users

This Terms and Conditions document governs your use of the website, mobile application, and all services offered by the indo126 platform (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "We" or "Indo126"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document.

• Not currently on any gaming prohibition list or individual restriction issued by any relevant regulatory body.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Indo126 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify that you meet the above requirements. The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory and includes verification of a valid identification document. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified period will be suspended until the process is complete.

Each user is only permitted to own one active account on the indo126 platform at any one time. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all related accounts and confiscation of existing balances.

By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active mobile number. If any of your personal details change, you are responsible for updating your account records promptly.

Your account password is entirely your responsibility. indo126 recommends that you:

• Use a strong and unique password that is not used for other accounts.
• Do not share login credentials with any party, including family members.
• Change your password regularly and immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security.

Indo126 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized access caused by a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Indo126 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including bank transfers via FPX, local e-wallets, and other methods that may be added or discontinued from time to time based on operational needs. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 10, or as displayed on the platform at the time of the transaction.
• Deposit funds must originate from an account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Indo126 reserves the right to decline or restrict deposits deemed suspicious or non-compliant with platform policies.

Withdrawal terms:

Indo126 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time as part of our member rewards program. Each bonus is subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated at the time the promotion is announced.

General principles applicable to all bonuses on the indo126 platform:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by accounts that have completed email verification and basic KYC.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period; unused bonus credits after expiry cannot be converted to cash.

• Attempting to manipulate games or betting outcomes by any means.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate action including account suspension, permanent closure, and/or appropriate legal action depending on the severity of the violation.

The indo126 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive our utmost to ensure the platform operates without disruption, indo126 makes no guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or meet users' specific expectations.

Indo126 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or funds, even if indo126 has been informed of the possibility of such losses.
• Damage resulting from internet disruptions, device failures, or technical issues beyond the platform's control.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses incurred by users while using the platform.
• Content or practices of third-party websites that may be accessible via links within the platform.

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted according to the relevant laws in the operating jurisdiction of indo126. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or use of the platform will be resolved through indo126's internal resolution process first.
